1987 Establishment of the company as a division of B. Jansen BV Engineering.

1992 Since October, a part of the Akkermans Holding n.v. operating as an independent  enterprise named Narvik Valves n.v.

1998 Acquired in May by Yarway Corporation, changed its name to Narvik-Yarway b.v.

1998 Acquired by Tyco International Ltd.

2014  United with Breda factory, Narvik-Yarway b.v. changed its address  to Mijkenbroek 20-22 4824 AB Breda P.O. Box 3994, 4800 DZ Breda. One part of Narvik-Yarway b.v. changed its name to Yarway b.v., and the other part of Narvik-Yarway b.v. changed its name to Narvik b.v.

2014 Narvik b.v. Acquired by Tair Flow Control Ltd.

2015 Brand “Narvik” changed its name to ”TAIR”.
