Temperature & Pressure Reducing Device

Temperature and pressure reducer are generally used in three ways:
1: integrated in a complete decompression valve and reducing temperature, has the advantages of compact structure, disadvantages: valve parts easy to damage, high maintenance costs (medium in a valve in the pressure and temperature reducing, prone to cavitation and flash), short service life.
2 split type: decompression + Split Type minus temperature (minus water control valve + nozzle)
Advantages: simple equipment. Good performance under fixed conditions.
Disadvantages: fixed nozzle design, poor adjustment performance;
Nozzle atomizing effect is not uniform, especially in the case of low flow, it is easy to produce water column, need to install pipe lining.
Water regulating valve at both ends of the regulating valve pressure drop; prone to flash
The system has 2 control valves, the latter part of the high cost of maintenance.
3 one: decompression + integrated temperature reduction device (with the water temperature control function of the thermostat)
Advantages: good temperature reduction effect, temperature error is not more than 1;
Less warm water atomization effect, no pipeline lining, low operating conditions are also the case.
Eliminate water regulating valve of flash evaporation
Less spare parts, reduce operation and maintenance costs,
Long service life, up to 30 years -50 years
The system is simple, and the minimum pressure difference between warm water and superheated steam is only 0.4Bar
Disadvantages: the price is more expensive. A high cost of investment
